The IRS you want on your side

Health Share vs Insurance

Health Share programs offer an affordable alternative to high-price Obamacare (ACA) plans. It’s silly to pay for expensive Obamacare health insurance that you can’t even afford to use. Get a plan that will:

  • Improve your customer experience
  • Cost significantly less

Personal Story

Back in 2015, my obamacare plan increased to over $700 per month. I had enough. I had heard a commercial on the radio for christian-based, health share program. When I looked into it, I found that these health share programs offered even better services that what I could get on my expensive Marketplace plan.

For example,

  • There are no networks. Changing Doctors every year is no fun!
  • I could go to ANY doctor. Not only that, but I could see an Osteopathic or Naturalpath if I wanted. Try that with an ACA plan!
  • Simplicity. Bills were paid and there was no hassling over what is or isn’t covered by insurance.

I was recently offered the opportunity to provide these plans and I jumped at the chance. I know how much they can save you! That $700 per month my ACA plan cost in 2015 was up to $1076 for this current (2025/26) open enrollment. Ouch!

What You Need To Know

From your consumer perspective, these health share programs work just like your existing health plan.

  • You choose a plan with a deductible you like.
  • You get one free physical exam with blood work that is paid in advance every year.
  • You must cover all bills up to the deductible you choose.
  • Then you pay a 10% co-share and the plan pays the other 90% ($5,000 Max)
  • With deductibles from $2,500 to $10,000, you can choose a plan that is right for you.

This works much the same as traditional health insurance. The big difference is that Impact Health is a non-profit that works for you and Health Insurance companies are private, for-profit companies. Health Insurance stock prices have increased over 1,000% since obamacare was enacted.

Doctors don’t work for you. The insurance companies pay their bills. And the Health Insurers have zero incentive to keep premiums down. The ACA allowed insurance companies to earn a fixed percentage of the premiums they charge. Any surprise premiums have skyrocketed?
